ARE THERE MEMBERSHIP FEES?
There are no membership fees for the indoor tennis season.
WHEN ARE YOU CLOSED?
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day
DO YOU HAVE CHILD CARE?
Yes, there is free child care for pre-school children available Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.
ARE THERE MAKE-UPS FOR MISSED CLASSES?
There are no make-ups for missed classes.

WHAT TYPES OF PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a variety of programs for adults and juniors of all ages and levels. Our junior programming features the USTA 10 and Under Tennis play format.
WHAT LEVELS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EACH CLINIC?
We offer clinics for all levels from beginners to tournament level players.
DO YOU HAVE 10 AND UNDER TENNIS?
Yes, we use the age appropriate balls, equipment, and courts based on the standards set by the USTA and ITF.
WHAT IS THE PLAYER TO PROFESSIONAL RATIO?
Clinics typically have a 4:1 or 5:1, player to professional ratio. Clinics will never have more than six players.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR SIGNING UP MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS?
There are no discounts for signing up multiple family members.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No make ups or credits for missed classes, lessons or season court play. This includes inclement weather and power outages.
WHAT IS YOUR INJURY POLICY?
If you are participating in a clinic or standing private lesson and become injured, you can bring in a doctor’s note stating the injury and inability to continue playing tennis. At that point, we will take you out of the clinic/lesson, and you will be credited for the amount of classes from that date going forward until the end of the season. Your spot will then become available for us to resell. Milford Indoor Tennis is not responsible for any injuries sustained on its premises or parking lots and for loss of personal property.
WHAT ARE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You may pay in full at the beginning of the season or you may sign up for our Autopay program. Clinic, season court, and league fees are due in full on or before the first day of play unless on a monthly payment plan.
WHAT IS AUTOPAY?
A separate agreement must be filled out and signed for Autopay. Upon registration, installments without interest will be automatically deducted from your credit card. There is a $25 set up fee per person.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
WHAT ARE THE AMENITIES OF THE CLUB?
We feature full service locker rooms, pro shop and stringing services, clean and spacious viewing areas, and free parking.
DO YOU PROVIDE RACQUET SERVICES?
Yes, we provide stringing and racquet services upon request.
WHAT TYPE OF COURTS DO YOU HAVE?
We have 5 US Open DecoTurf cushioned courts.
ARE THE COURTS HEATED AND AIR CONDITIONED?
Our club has temperature controlled courts.
