9:00 - 10:00am Cardio with Sankara

Turbo Tennis: cardio like with emphasis on high intensity point simulation drills.  Try it out Frank will have you hooked right away.

Point Play: Is a fast moving, game base clinic. If you're looking to hit a ton of balls and get a great workout, Point Play is for you!

Singles: Whether you are a seasoned singles player or looking to learn the ropes on singles court, this is the drill for you. Gain that extra edge to your singles game in a fun and competitive environment.

Cardio: A drill, game and footwork based clinic. Fast paced and full of energy Cardio Tennis is a great work out and a lot of fun!
